Perhaps the best thing writing can do for a brand is to give it a tone of voice, a personality: one that a brand’s target audience comes to know and over time to like and to trust. Because the more anyone likes and trusts a brand, the more likely they are to follow its advice. For these reasons this campaign for the IPA is now into its fourth year.
